    Dynasty Building Solutions

Dear DBS Family,

That headline could be interpreted in several different ways.  If you're in the Call Center or Sales, that could mean, "Are you ready to take a call from a new lead or potential customer?".  However, I'm talking about Leadership and becoming one of Dynasty's future leaders, set to propel the company on an upward trajectory into the next decade and beyond.  The question is for anyone and everyone from all departments.  Are you ready to Lead?

Really good leaders are not selfish or self-centered.  They motivate, inspire, encourage and jump in without hesitation, when needed.  They are inclusive and level-headed.  They see the big picture and are constantly keeping the overall mission and objective top of mind.

They are responsible and hold themselves accountable at all times.  And yes, you guessed it, they take Extreme Ownership (of course, what good leader wouldn't?).

Dynasty, as you all should know by now, has big plans for the future.  We are keeping an eye out for the future leaders of our company.  Leaders also tend to rise to the top by virtue of the quality of their work, their demeanor and their track record of success.  Here at Dynasty, our leaders also have a tendency to consistently do the right thing - there's that Spiritual vs. Secular core value showing up, right on time.  In fact, Dynasty's leaders seem to reflect our core values with their behaviors, in general.

So please know, we are always on the lookout for this company's future leaders.  If you think you have what it takes, make an effort to stand out by excelling in whatever it is you are tasked to do.  We will take notice and if all of those other quality attributes are evident as well, you will be well on your way.

Here's to Dynasty's future leaders and a bright future for all of Team Dynasty.

Thanks for all you do.

Sincerely the Founder,

Victor Lupis

                            DID YOU KNOW...?

When Historical Roof Systems Need to Be Reproduced Only the Most Knowledgeable,                                            Expert Roofers Are Chosen - Dynasty Building Solutions Is Among That Select Few

When Tampa's only rural living history museum needed to replace the roofs of their historical structures from the late 1800s they reached out to Dynasty Building Solutions.  Located on the Florida State Fairgrounds, the museum features a collection of 13 original buildings, dating from 1870 to 1912, that were painstakingly uprooted from various locations across the state of Florida.  The rural living history museum recreates lifestyles of the past and provides opportunities for the public to learn about Old Florida.  Each structure is covered by a Cedar Wood Shakes roof.

Dynasty was selected to work on both the historical Print Shop and Smoke House  buildings.  Not an easy feat.  In fact, the degree of difficulty in reproducing historically accurate roof systems is known throughout the industry.  Replicating the craftsmanship of an historical period is a major concern to many contractors, mainly because practices used in roof installation during the 1800s are quite different from today's and early craftsmen really understood the materials they were working with.  It is widely known that finding a modern craftsman with that type of knowledge is a major challenge, which is why the Historic Restoration specialist from ProHistorical reached out to Dynasty Building Solutions when he needed experts to install new roofs on these important historical structures.

First, due to the global supply chain issue, the Cedar Wood Shakes, used to replicate these specialty roofs, had to be imported from Canada.  Then a thorough review of the specific detailing in the historic roof was an absolute must.  Most modern carpenters and roofers do not know all the historic details needed to provide an accurate historic application.  The ProHistorical scouts were elated to discover that Dynasty had a combined 50+ years of experience in the industry, plus the expertise and craftsmanship to do the job right and ensure that it was historically accurate.

The finished product is a thing of beauty.  (Check out the video below for the final results.)  In keeping with the styling and materials of the past, Dynasty made a present-day masterpiece, worthy of Florida's beloved State Fairgrounds' living history museum.
