- Milestones -

Dear valued employees,

It is with great excitement that we announce our upcoming Ribbon Ceremony for our move into our new headquarters, built by Dynasty Building Solutions. The ceremony will be held this Thursday, and we cannot wait to share this special moment with all of you.

This is a significant milestone for our company, as we have been in business for eight years and recently rebranded ourselves to adapt to the ever-changing restoration industry. Our new headquarters symbolize our growth and progress as a company, and we are thrilled to celebrate this accomplishment with all of you.

As we come together to commemorate this occasion, we also reflect on the journey that brought us here. I have overcome many challenges to build this company into what it is today. I started with nothing and had a troubled past, but I turned my life around and founded this company in 2014.

In 2019, we purchased a 4.5-acre lot that was abandoned and inhabitable. It was during this time that our company went through significant internal, personal, and personnel transformations. We are proud to say that we have emerged stronger and more productive than ever.

Today, we stand in our new 6,800 sq ft construction office with a 4,800 sq ft warehouse, ready to take on new opportunities and revenue streams. Our team may be smaller, but we operate with a mentality of 300 men fighting like 1,000. Despite having a leaner team, we are still able to produce the same amount of gross receipts of $20 million as we did in 2020 with 150 people.

We want to thank each and every one of you for your hard work and dedication that has helped us reach this momentous occasion. Let us continue to strive for excellence and growth as a team, and we look forward to celebrating with you this Thursday at our Ribbon Ceremony.

Sincerely,

Victor Lupis

DBS All-Star Spotlight

Michael Dedo, Tampa Accounting

I was born on March 26, 1988 and raised in central Massachusetts about 30 miles outside Boston.  I have 2 younger sisters.  Growing up I was all about playing sports and ended up playing baseball in college.  I was a catcher my whole life and loved the game.  I got my bachelors degree in accounting class of 2010 at Salem State University (the witch trials town).  From there I worked in the financial district in Boston for the next 7 years.  I am a huge Red Sox/Bruins/Patriots fan.  My dog is named after Tom Brady. The thing I miss the most about living up there is Fenway Pahk.  No place better!!  After college I also became a baseball coach and gave private lessons at the local batting cages.  We went to 2 state finals and it was a blast.  I ended up moving to Tampa in the fall of 2017.  Winters were too long and dark and needed a change of scenery.

On January 24, 2019, my miracle boy was born and it was life changing.  Long story short, doctors gave him a very small chance to live in utero.  Ever since, the fun began and it is so much fun and I love being called Dad.  Right now, I have him full time.  His name is Sammy and him and I have this new hobby of birds.  We enjoy going for hikes on the weekends, Busch Gardens, and always make sure to find something fun to look forward to on the weekends.  He is the best thing to ever happen to me!!

5 Star Review!

Roof was completed quickly and crew did excellent job with cleanup. Looks great! Dynasty was a great assistance to me in dealing with insurance company. Brooke and Samantha are fantastic to work with in the office. Communications sometimes lacking with project coordinator and one part of job not completed properly and needed a revisit, but was ultimately completed as promised. All in all a good job and would recommend Dynasty!

What is a Ribbon
Cutting Ceremony?

Ribbon cutting ceremonies take place to inaugurate an organization’s first day of business or can take place weeks or even months after a business’ soft opening. They act as an opportunity for business owners and leaders to talk about what their business does and publicly thank those who had an important role in making their business come to fruition. These entities include:

  • Stakeholders

  • Employees

  • Business partners

  • Contractors and architects

  • Friends and family

  • Clients

Ribbon cutting ceremonies are typically orchestrated with an actual ribbon tied across the main entrance of a building, which is later cut in a ceremonial fashion with a significantly large pair of scissors. The ribbon is usually cut by a person of influence, such as the owner of the building or a member of the local Chamber of Commerce.

While grand openings and ribbon cutting ceremonies are often used interchangeably, the meaning of both are quite distinct. Grand openings are large, publicized events that announce the official opening of a new establishment to the public and can feature elaborate presentations such as fireworks and celebrity attendees. Ribbon cuttings generally take place at opening ceremonies, although they can be held both publicly and privately. Ribbons have a longstanding ceremonial significance, often being used to hang medals or be worn as a sash or other decoration. These ribbons are a sign of prestige, making them the perfect material to use for a ceremony of this kind.
