Are We Listening?

Dear DBS Family,

It has to be quite evident at this point,  to any and all of you who deal with the public,  that the most important thing we can do for any customer is listen.  Listen - as they explain what they need.  Listen - as they describe their concerns and issues.  Listen - without interrupting - as they tell you what kind of services they want. Sounds simple, right?  But wait, not so fast!  What if the customer is annoyed or upset or a little rude? Usually, just letting someone talk (or vent) lowers the temperature.  Letting a customer know you heard them  and are on their side generally does the trick.  I know, there are exceptions - there are always exceptions.  But to the best of your ability, listen, let them talk, let them know you understand, and then follow through with your solution or next steps.

Secondly, follow-up.  Nothing lets a customer know that you really heard them and that they are a priority than following-up.  Do what you said you were going to do and let them know you did it.  Get back to them with the answer to their question(s).   If you were waiting on something from them, follow-up with a reminder phone call or email.  This makes the customer feel important and, in this day and age when people are feeling unheard and unappreciated, this simple effort sets us apart.

Last, but not least, when possible go that extra mile.  Seal the deal on a great review and guaranteed referrals by over-delivering on what was promised.  You can tell how much customers appreciate it by the number of times they mention it in reviews.  Those Dynasty superstars who always get the shout-outs are the ones who frequently go above and beyond what the customer expected and they get rewarded for it when bonuses roll around!  This is our win!!  This is why we show up to work with smiles on our faces and loving our days, playing on a star team.

I am really pleased with the number of positive reviews and surveys that have been pouring in recently.   Dynasty Building Solutions is clearly building a reputation for doing great work and providing great customer service.  Let's keep it up and let's keep listening!  Thanks to all of the team for taking the time and M.I.H. in everything we do!

                                                                     What is a 203k Loan?

An FHA 203k Loan (sometimes called a Rehab Loan or FHA Construction Loan) allows prospective home buyers to finance the house itself AND pay for any needed or wanted repairs.  (Lenders often won't approve loans for houses in need of major repairs.)  This is a great option for people on a really tight budget and/or for those looking to purchase a fixer-upper.

Currently, our 203k Contractor's status covers the following service areas:  roofing, flooring, garages, general contracting, insulation, kitchens & baths, masonry, painting/drywall, exterior siding, (vinyl, wood & stucco), solar and windows & doors.

*We share our 203k Certified Contractor's status with only 3 other contractors in the Orlando market.

From  Home Advisor to to YELP everybody, and I mean everybody, cannot stress enough the importance of having good reviews featured on our website, profile pages and social media platforms.  It is the one thing that seemingly separates a novice from a Top Pro. 

 

Now that Dynasty Building Solutions' employees have added the Review Us Here link to our email signatures and the act of asking a satisfied customer for a review is quickly becoming a habit, we are seeing an increase in the positive reviews we know have been floating around out there in the ether for quite some time.  Now we have the proof, in writing, that will tell everyone checking us out for the first time that we are great at what we do!

Dynasty Building Solutions is proud to be a sponsor of the 11th Annual Challenge Ride to benefit Camp Boggy Creek, a year-round camp for children with serious illnesses.  Offering week-long summer sessions and family retreat weekends at no charge to children and families, the camp is entirely funded by generous donations from individuals, corporations, foundations and healthcare partners.  

This year's Challenge Ride will take place, Saturday, November 6th at Wooton Park in Tavares, FL where they are offering cycling routes for all skill levels.  There will also be a 2-mile Family Fun Walk/Run course for those who'd rather hoof it.  They are also offering up "Virtual Participation" for those who want to GET ACTIVE for the cause, a little closer to home.  

And this year Dynasty Building Solutions is giving away 15 Complimentary Registrations for those who want to participate

live and in person!  These are valued at $55.00 per person and include

a catered lunch, the day of the event, and a surprise cyclist's goody bag. If you are interested in taking the Victor Lupis Challenge (see below) and participating, please email Paulette Austrich at paustrich@dbstpa.com before October 11th, 2021.
